My Approach

I work with adults age 18 and up.  I believe that the therapeutic alliance between a counselor and client is of utmost importance.  With an emphasis on the mind-body connection, my approach is often emotion, somatic, and parts focused, yet ultimately catered to each client's individual needs. I use a variety of evidence-based therapies combined with useful techniques to help clients heal and cope.

I absolutely love what I do, and am deeply honored to be a part of others' healing journeys.
